Timeframe
Roosy & Ba’Lulus accepts return requests made within 14 days of delivery. The returned product must be received by Roosy & Ba’Lulus within 21 days of delivery.
Product Condition
We only accept returns for products that are in their original form. Used products may not be returned, unless they are found to be defective within 7 days of delivery.
Excluded Products
Bespoke and customized products are final sale, unless they are found to be defective within 7 days of delivery. Roosy & Ba’Lulus may grant exceptions for customized products and issue a credit on a case-by-case basis, if it deems the
product suitable for further sale.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the event the return is due to a mistake made by Roosy & Ba’Lulus, or the product was defective, we will pay for return shipping.
Refund
Refunds are made to the original form of payment, and occur within 7-10 days from our receipt of the returned product.
Process
Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Returns may be requested via the order area of our website as follows:
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
Roosy & Ba’Lulus will promptly review and respond to each request with next steps.
